‘The patient is the centre point’ is a slogan that we, like many other hospitals, have been using for some time. After all, our work, our care, revolves around you as a patient. But how do you experience being a focal point? How do you feel about the way we address you and your relatives or visitors? In the near future we will be paying extra attention to our client-focus.
