Collaboration
& support

You work in a demanding environment where everything has to be right. So you need a partner you can rely on: responsive, clear and easy to work with. That is why we align our processes and products with the way you work. We keep things predictable, reduce complexity and design to simplify.

Clear at every step

What that means
in practise

Closely involved in your case

You work with one dedicated engineer who knows your case and understands what is needed. No handovers, no unnecessary noise.

Direct and transparent communication

We set clear expectations from the start. Our engineers understand your needs, and you know what to expect. If questions come up, you get a fast, direct response.

Fast delivery, as agreed

We deliver quickly and as agreed, so you can plan with confidence. Lead times are short, usually within 72 hours.

Support, even after delivery

Our support does not stop at delivery. We remain available for questions, can support you during the operation if needed, and use your feedback to keep improving.

A clear, efficient process.

From request to operation

XSuture / MSuture

Integrated suturing options make it easy to secure the dura and soft tissues using standard needles, tailored to different diameters. This allows you to work quickly and in a controlled manner when closing the skull.

Interfix

Integrated screw fixation provides stable, flush placement of the implant without the need for additional plates or fixation devices. This means fewer steps and an implant that fits properly straight away.

Instructions on the implant

Important information is engraved directly onto the implant as visual instructions. For example, the number ‘7’ indicates that a screw length of 7 mm should be used. This makes key instructions clear at a glance in theatre.

Shunt holes

Where needed, we provide the implant with an opening for an existing shunt so that it can remain in place when the bone flap is replaced, without additional adjustments during surgery.
