About Xilloc

Xilloc was founded on a clear, ambitious conviction: a cranial implant should not be standard, but should fit perfectly with a patient’s unique anatomy. What once started as an innovative view on patient-specific implants grew into a specialised company in CMF solutions, in which digital technology, medical knowledge and high-quality engineering come together.

Engineered for peace of mind

Today, we develop implants and workflows that help surgeons carry out complex procedures better prepared, more predictably and with greater confidence.

That development has never been purely technical. From the very beginning, Xilloc has been about collaboration: with surgeons, with hospitals and with experts who understand that behind every design lies a patient, a procedure and a medical responsibility.

That is why we continue to build solutions that not only fit precisely on paper, but truly work in practice. With an eye for anatomy, process, fit and the reality of the operating theatre.

The milestones below show how Xilloc has developed step by step: from pioneering idea to specialised partner in patient-specific CMF implants.

What begins as an innovative solution for one patient forms the basis for a new way of working: fully aligned with the patient’s anatomy and situation.
