LiveWIRE, the international Shell program that supports young and technically innovative entrepreneurs in developing their businesses, proudly presents 13 technical entrepreneurs who will battle for the grand prize of 2011, the Shell LiveWIRE Award 2011. This prestigious award will be awarded this year for the 13th time. Like every year the race consists of two parts.
During the jury day which will take place on the 10 of November, this year at the Business News Radio / Financial Times, the 13 entrepreneurs will be challenged to present best in front of the jury. The jury decides at the end of the day which four entrepreneurs are allowed to go through to the grand finale that takes place on December 14, 2011 at Shell in The Hague. The entrepreneurs are judged on innovation, enterprise and growth potential.
Maikel Beerens, the founder and CEO of Xilloc Medical BV is among the nominated 13 entrepreneurs.
